Raven‟s Wings
 The roads were long and winding as I motored alongwondering what to do now. I was having a great time just ridingaround and getting familiar with my new transportation; such abeautiful machine should have a name, so I started talking to mynew two-wheeled friend. It seemed to have a mind of its own as it
sometimes felt like it was driving itself. “What would you like to be
called or do you alre
ady have a name?” After this
inquiry, I wasnot surprised when I got a response, the first three letters on theplacard attached to the gas tank started to glow, and I read her
name, “VAL.”
 
“So pleased to meet you Val, I think we will become real
good friends
,”
Val made her name glow three times and westarted riding faster. I had a truly Magickal machine between mylegs and it felt great riding her. Val took a turn onto Route 15, and
I heard a familiar voice say, “Do not forget to let the animals out.”
Ithen realized where Val was taking me, and what I had to do.WE pulled up onto Old Farm Lane and my first thought was
„clear‟, Val and I were now see through and Val ran so silently that
I was able to pull right up to the barn of terror. I told Val that Iwould be right back and I proceeded into the barn. Nobody wasaround so I went over and opened the gates to the stalls and thefive horses there were calm, they seemed to sense my presencebut stepped out of the barn calmly. Behind the horse stalls werethree milking cows that looked like they needed relieved of theirload, instead of leaving the barn they stood by a large slidingdoor. I opened the door and inside was three calves, happy to seetheir mothers and needing fed badly. I walked around the barn tomake sure I got all the animals, in the back were chicken coopsand ten cages that contained roosters. As I opened the cages, I
