I really had no intention of writing a “special report”, or book forthat matter, at this time; however, as the New Year approached, Ithought I had something worth while to say. But before Iproceed, allow me to first give you my background.Having been an entrepreneur for some 20 odd years now, to say Ihave learned a lot would be an understatement, to say the least.The old adage, “Nothing takes the place of experience” iscertainly true, and I have had more than my fair share of bothgood and bad experiences.Upon graduating high school, my thinking that I could get a job(just over broke), work hard, be a good guy, and have things fallinto place was a bit off-base. In reality, what I got was…REALITY CHECK!! I lived up to my part of the deal byworking hard and being a good guy, but things on the flip-side othe coin were not working out as I had planned. I was fallingfurther and further behind on my bills. My relationships weresuffering. And above all, I was miserable.It got so bad that finally I reached the point where I was living ina one-room apartment in a bad section of Pittsburgh,
