Arena Problems

1. Sharon can’t get into security. It gives her an error message.

2. When permission is given under the security tag to allow another person to view
a personal tag, the other person still can’t see the tag.

3. List criteria needs to include how a person heard about GP in the Advanced Tab

4. When creating a list, there is no option in the field selection to select Guest
Reception comments so that they show up in the list.

5. There are some people who have nothing entered in the membership area: they
are not prospects, reg. attendees, or members. Arena Support can run a report on
the server side to find all the null values & change it to prospect.

6. When running a report based on zip code, the distance from the church showed
859 miles away, but they were in the 78240 zip code. When running a report
based on distance, the report was inaccurate.

7. Can rosters print nicknames instead of first names? (Print Roster Feature is an
uneditable .pdf)

8. There is no way to run a list based on an occurrence. TCM needs to run a weekly
report of who did not attend Crosswalk for the preceding Sunday, for example.

9. When exporting a list from Arena to excel the cell phone & middle name column
are not populated.

10.When I do a label for “partnered” couples with different last names it defaults to
one last name for both. Is this on your list?

11.Can we make the time out longer?

12.The only choices when making an occurrence in an event tag are Wednesday &
Sunday. There should be a check box for every day of the week.

13.Is there a way to set up a primary e-mail account? When e-mailing a person with
multiple e-mail addresses there is no way to choose which address to send it to
without deleting the unwanted e-mail address completely from their profile.

14.Does the combine family check box in lists have a function?
