Each year Victorious Blessed Church International offers a unique

opportunity to retreat away from the pressures and struggles of
everyday life. Encouraging the youth to step away from daily habits
and routines, and to have a safe and enjoyable fellowship with each
other.

A major component in creating such an event is separating

participants from outside influences and distractions. Of course
this is a cooperative effort accomplished by participants, staff,
leaders, and parents. Your participation in this effort is vital to the
success and effectiveness of the event.

Personal Conduct
All participants are expected to follow the rules made by the Church .
While disciplinary action will be taken to resolve situations on site, the
Event Director reserves the right to dismiss participants for gross
violations of the event rules. Participants will be sent home at the
expense of their parents.

Dress Code
While the event is by its nature informal, Christian modesty should be
taken into account at all times. Inappropriate clothing is not
permitted. (Inappropriate logos, seductive clothing like bikinis and
boxers)

Prohibited Items

Possession of the following items is strictly prohibited at the event:

Firearms, Knives, Weapons, Fireworks, Stink Bombs, Drugs, Alcohol,
Tobacco.

Waiver
I hereby give permission for my child to participate in all activities
under the attached guidelines with the following exceptions:
___________________________________ Furthermore, I give permission for
my child to go on scheduled trips away from the event premises,
whether by foot or by vehicle.

In recognition of possible dangers to my child, I hereby knowingly

and voluntarily waive any right or cause of action of any kind against
the members, directors, agents, employees, and/or volunteers of the
Victorious Blessed Church International for any personal injury that
may occur at or during event. Nor shall they be liable for any personal
injury to my child occurring during the transportation to and from the
event.
