Step 1
Start with a sheet of printer paper (8 ½ by 11 inches).
Step 2
Fold in half, the long way.
Step 3
Fold the corners to the center.
Step 4
Fold the diagonal edge to the center. Repeat on other side. Turn
over.
Step 5
Fold the tip down. Leave about an inch of space.
Step 6
Fold up, pleating about an inch. Turn over.
Step 7
Fold the point down to the intersection of the folds made in step 4.
Step 8
Pleat upwards again, note location. Turn over.
Step 9

Step 10
Fold the pleated edge to the center. Paper will not lie flat.
Step 11
Squash fold the corners. Repeat on other side.
Step 12
Result. Turn over.
Step 13

Step 14
Reform center crease.
Step 15
Fold top layer (wing) down. The bisector should be between the
section of paper between the wings and the point.
Step 16
Fold edge of wing to the crease that you created in the previous
step.
Step 17
Fold the edge down to the crease you just made in step 16.
Step 18
Repeat steps 15-17 on other side.
Step 19
Open and match profile.
