Fantasy/Action/Adventure/Romance novel with a twist unlike any other.

Sneak Peek: ...I may have just set the president up for his death, but I was not going to be responsible for killing all of those innocent people. I jogged back towards where I was to plant the last bomb. I was going to have to be quick about this if it was going to work. I took the last bomb out of the bag. I found what I was looking for. I pulled the fire alarm. Immediately, the tourists began running towards the exits. I braced myself. If Lady Magmilan knew what was happening, I’d be toast. She hadn’t realized it yet, but it wouldn’t be long. I had to get out of there and get rid of the bomb before she set it off. I sprinted as fast as I could away from them. I took a sharp right and blasted out a window. Lady Magmilan had caught on and I still had the last bomb in my hand. As I threw it, it exploded and it hurled me even higher into the air. It felt like I was in slow motion. Bits of debris flew all around me...

Samantha: Book One Part 2
BOOK ONEPART 2
Chapter 1- The White House Mission
June 27thMelissa came into my room early. “Do you want to join us for a quick morning jog?” she whispered. I got out of bed and threw on some sweats and my sneakers. Wetiptoed through the hall and into the lobby to see Mathew, Tyler, and another girl waitingthere. No one said anything until we got outside. It was beautiful. I could see mountains out in the distance and we seemed to bein the middle of nowhere. The air was cool and foggy, perfect morning for a jog. “This isTiffany,” Melissa introduced. “Tiffany this is Samantha.”“Yeah, I know. I’ve heard a lot about you,” She said, shaking my hand. Tiffanyseemed nice. She had blonde hair and green eyes. She was four, maybe five, inchestaller than I and looked to be a few years older like everyone else.“Is this everyone?” Mathew asked. Melissa nodded and we were off. It was a bitawkward around Mathew because I hadn’t talked to him since, well you know.Melissa and Tiffany took the front and Mathew came up next to me. But as he didthis, my metal bracelet thing zapped my wrist. Mathew’s must have done the samebecause he looked down too. I sped up next to Melissa, unsure of how to handle this. This bracelet thing was monitoring us and it knew that Mathew and I weren’t supposed

to be near each other. He didn’t get the hint. The stupid thing zapped us again when hecame up next to me.“Stop it. You are going to get us in trouble again.” The other three were obviouslyconfused.“Lady Magmilan has something set on this thing so that it shocks us when we gettoo close,” Mathew explained.“Then stay away from her,” Melissa suggested, rolling her eyes. He slowed downa bit to make space between us. No one talked much after that. When we got back, breakfast was waiting in the dining room, and so was LadyMagmilan. Breakfast didn’t last near as long as dinner usually did. People began leavingwithin minutes of sitting down. I left too of course, afraid of being left alone with LadyMagmilan.I rested on my bed for a while until Lady Magmilan came in with a stack of clothes. When she laid them out, I saw that it looked like a tracksuit. There was a pair of pants, a jacket, some sneakers, gloves, and a bulletproof vest.“Everything is flame resistant just incase you do get caught inside when thebombs go off. I also brought you a bulletproof vest. Get dressed and meet medownstairs in an hour.” The clothes were very comfortable and fit perfectly. The flame-resistant material didn’t feel like anything I’ve ever felt before. It was breathable andlightweight, but it felt strong and durable. It didn’t take long for me to get ready, and after about forty-five minutes, I couldn’ttake it anymore. I was getting more and more nervous and I couldn’t stand beingcooped up in my room and longer so I walked downstairs to the lobby area. Steven,

Justin, and Brittany were already there waiting. I regretted coming downstairs, afraid I’dhave to deal with them, but I sat down on one of the benches far away from where theywere standing. They all stared at me for a moment before continuing their conversation.Mathew came down a few minutes later and took a seat across from me. Neither of ussaid anything. Melissa and Tyler were the last to come down, and Lady Magmilanarrived shortly after.“Everyone ready?” she asked. No one said anything but we all filed out the frontdoor, and on to the jet. It was short ride and no one said a word. We landed in themiddle of nowhere to switch to a van. This ride was much longer – probably over anhour before Lady Magmilan announced that we were almost there. She handed me an earpiece and a small microphone that clipped onto my collar.“I’ll direct you through this. Do exactly as I say and nothing more. Start by following thetourists through the door on the left.” Then she handed me the bag that held the bombs.“Be careful with this,” she warned. The van slowed down, Steven opened the door, and I disappeared before jumping out. The van sped off, leaving me alone. I jumped the fence to cut across thefront lawn. When I got near the door, I ducked under the railing that lined the sidewalkwhere the tourists were waiting to go inside. I waited for a break in the line in order toslip inside. So far, it had been easy, but the room I was in now was full of tourists, metaldetectors, and security guards. I had to be careful not to bump into anyone or anything.I stayed along the wall and squeezed past the metal detectors. A large group wasstanding by the door waiting for the next tour to begin. It wasn’t long before a tour guide
