Below is a resume makeover. I want you to note the job description

that this resume was tailored for (names and other identifying

information has been altered):

Security Star Consulting Group inc. is an expanding security training


center located in the east Bay Area, we provide both training and
employment in the security field. Our #1 goal is to produce the most
highly trained personnel in order provide the best and most
comprehensive services to our customers.

We are currently accepting employment applications from qualified


men and women, A background in the following disciplines is preferred,
but not required: law enforcement, military, bail enforcement, security,
martial arts, and/or other related fields.

Opportunity for advancement is promising and based on performance,


hourly rate is $14-20hr starting.

Qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview. A guard


card/exposed firearms permit is NOT required for an interview, if you

security officer position has been highlighted on this resume. Her
CPR certification has also been included because it was relevant and
specified as a point of interest on the job description for this
company. Note the branding statement at the top of the resume and
highlighted strengths section. Each of these sections use power
words to describe her experience and strengths.
