BARCLAYS BANK LTD. MY EFFORTS ALSO ESTABLISHED GRUBB & ELLIS COMPANY AS THE
LARGEST U.S. REAL ESTATE SERVICES PROVIDER IN THE AREAS OF STRUCTURED REAL
ESTATE SALES AND GOVERNMENT CLIENT SERVICES. I HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
START UP AND OVERSIGHT OF THE MULTIFAMILY ASSET MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONS AT
BOTH AIMCO WHICH IS THE LARGEST PUBLICLY TRADED REIT OWNER OF HOUSING AND

HOUSING. AS A CONSULTANT, I HAVE ADVISED BOARDS OF DIRECTORS AND EXECUTIVE

My responsibilities in this small, privately held boutique firm include
management of the daily commercial real estate investment banking and
advisory operations. I have provided salary studies, organizational
performance assessments, and re-staffing oversight for several companies. I
have had oversight responsibility on approximately $200 million in equity

fiduciary positions by AIMCO in 800 affordable properties and 60 conventional
properties spread throughout 47 states. My team also has the regulatory
compliance responsibility within the various real estate portfolios

My responsibilities at this NYSE/S&P 500 apartment REIT included managing an
organization of 75 professionals, analysts, and support staff members located
in 8 locations around the U.S. for asset management and disposition, HUD
restructurings, and for partner/investor reporting. My portfolio included
varied ownership or fiduciary positions by AIMCO in 800 affordable properties
and 60 conventional properties spread throughout 47 states. My team also has
the regulatory compliance responsibility within the various real estate
portfolios throughout AIMCO on 1020 properties.

Reporting to the company CEO in Virginia, I managed the real estate
underwriting and due diligence services and staff for the company's clients
which included Wall Street Investment Banks, Global Banks, and the U.S
Government. During my tenure we handled over $1 billion in loan and hard
asset values for our clients.
M, R & P International, Inc, Dallas, TX.
I had daily responsibilities including daily management of the operations and
of approximately 15 employees at this real estate services firm. This
included oversight of the structured marketing and sales of $300 million in
commercial real estate, the management of retail, office, and apartment
communities, and various consulting assignments. I also was responsible for
the negotiation and maintenance of our relationships with our real marketing
partners such as NAIOP, CCIM, Multi-Housing News, and Commercial Property
Grubb and Ellis Asset Services CO, Dallas, TX.
As a corporate Senior Vice President and as President of Grubb and Ellis
