Low Calorie Brownies
 
Ingredients:2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs, (28 crackers)1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. salt1 c. skim milk1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, melted1/2 c. chopped nuts1 tbsp. sifted powdered sugarProcedure :
Combine crumbs, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in milk and vanilla, mixing well.
Add chocolate and nuts; blend thoroughly.
Turn into lightly greased 9 inch pan.
Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or justuntil done.
Turn out on rack to cool.Cut into 40 pieces; sprinkle powdered sugar over top. 44 calories perpiece.
