California Chief JusticeChair of the California Judicial Council - developer of CCMS.The Hon George refuses to answer on questions regardingdevelopment of Sustain - case management system of theLos Angeles Superior Court, alleged and opined as fraud,and engagement of Attorney Kevin McCormick in the habeascorpus of Richard Fine, alleged as obstruction andperversion of justice.

Los Angeles, June 14 - Human Rights Alert issued warning that the April 12, 2010 Status Report by the CaliforniaJudicial Council in re: CCMS
development and implementation,
must be a reason for grave concerns of HumanRights abuses, and must be subjected to publicly and legally accountable validation:
The Hon Michael Welch, former Presiding Judge of San Bernardino County, continues to serve as a member of the CaliforniaJudicial Council. The San Bernardino Sentinel tied him to numerous cases of real estate fraud under the guise of courtactions.
Furthermore, inexplicable loan records regarding the Hon Welch should raise concerns of bribing by large financialinsinuations.
The Hon Terry Friedman, likewise, continues to serve as a member of the California Judicial Council. A case where he presided forover two years with no assignment order was opined as real estate fraud under the guise of litigation, aimed to benefit Bank of America Corporation.
on Ronald George, continues to serve as Chair of the California Judicial Council. The Hon George served inleadership positions at the Los Angeles Superior Court during the implementation of Sustain, the CMS of the civildivision of that Court, alleged and opined (qualified opinion) as fraud.
Moreover, the Hon George chaired theCalifornia Judicial Council during the engagement of Kevin McCormick in cases pertaining to imprisonment of the 70 year old former US prosecutor Richard Fine. Such engagement was alleged as obstruction and perversion of
