I have four different
things that I would like to talk about.
The
first thing is Violations of the Council
Bylaws, then some Regional Council Election Irregularities, followed by some Organizing Department issues, and then finally Failure to Notify our Member participants in a
Timely Manner regarding the Fund issues.

At 1:27 on 25 March 2010,
I spoke with Regional Director William Weir
as a follow-up to a message I left at
4:03 p.m. on Friday, 19 March 2010,
informing him that I was going to return
