Abstrack
 
This research aims to determine whether the pieces of information (informationsheet) can improve learning outcomes Electrical Measurement practice.The method used is the method of quasi eskperimen. This research was conductedin the Department of Education Faculty of Electrical Engineering TechnologyOregon State University, 1998-1999 academic year. Population is the entirestudent Department of Electrical Engineering Education, State University of Jakarta. As a sample of 16 students who were attending in Pengkuran Electric.Research instrument used is the practice of research instruments, namely theassessment sheet action for the increase in the practice of electrical measuringlearning outcomes. Gazette assessment consultation with the course lecturerElectrical Measurement afterwards perfected back then tested for D III studentswho are subject Pengukran mangambil Electric, each of which as many as 14students, based on calculations for reliability koofesien for the use of informationleaflets for 0 , 58, and that does not menggunaka 0.55 registration informationsheet.Qualification test analysis was used Lilliefors test for normality and the Barletttest for homogeneity. By doing the test requirements of the analysis of dataobtained normal distribution and homogenous data.For groups that do not use the information sheet has an average rating of 3.625 orpretest and 14.5% posttest average score of 18.125 or 72.5%, so for groups that donot use the information sheets to increase learning outcomes for the practice of electrical measurement 58%.For the group using the information sheet has an average rating of 3.75 or pretest15% and the average score of 21.125 posttes or 84.5%, so for the group using the
 
information sheets to increase learning outcomes measurement practices of electricity at 69, 5%.The research hypothesis was tested with a parametric test is done using the t testto determine whether there is any difference in improving learning outcomes for agroup practice of electrical measurement that does not use an information sheetwith the group using the information sheet. The calculation result obtained by
3.04 whereas t ttable obtained for 1.76 at significance level (α) = 0.05.
This showsthat Ho is rejected for t greater than ttable (3.04> 1.76).These results indicate that there is a difference between the yield increasembelajar use with an information sheet which does not use that is equal to 11.5%.Therefore we can conclude that the use of information sheets can improvelearning outcomes practice of electrical measurement.
Pendahuluan
Dengan melihat kemajuan ilmu danteknologi yang semakin cepat, memacusemangat bangsa Indonesia untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dengansebaik-baiknya.Mata kuliah pengukuran listrik mempunyai tujuan agar mahasiswa dapatmemiliki pemahamandan ketrampilanpengukuran listrik dibidang teknik elektro,yang pokok bahasannya mencakuppengertian dasar serta kesalahan ukur,macam-macam alat analog dan digital,perhitungan-perhitungan dasar praktikum.Tingkat pengusaan, kemampuandan ketrampilan yang dimiliki mahasiswadiukur dan dilihat dari hasil evaluasi.Evalusai ini akan memmperlihatkanprestasi belajar. Untuk meningakatkanhasil evaluasi ini perlu adanya komunikasiyang baik. Untuk dapat melakukankomunikasi yang baik tentunya dibutuhkan peralatan dan sarana.Pada umumnya, pada pengajaranyang bersifat praktik media yang seringdigunakan adalah lembar kerja, namunkenyataanya lembar kerja yang diberikanitu msih kurang untuk melakukankomunikasi yang aktif dan dapat membuatmahasiswa dapat cepat mengerti apa yangdi ajarkan.
