Prior to this year, I had been a member of the Board of Directors of Complainant The Heimlich Institute Foundation, Inc. ('The Heimlich Institute") for more than 20 years. During that time and continuing to the present, I have been actively involved in counseling The Heimlich Institute with regard to its legal affairs.
