family owned and oprated property management company. \Mth over 40 proporties throughout
the Midwest, we are dedicated to providing quality safr, clean, accessible and afiordable housing

Our communities are operated under Seciion 42 of the LIHTC Program of the Intemal Revenue
Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate and middle-income
famities. Through this program we are able to bring you quality housing options with state-of-the-

independent communities and townhomes at aftrdable rates. In6gme limits apply to all

over 6,400 apartment units since'1986.
