Compliancewith this requirement will be evidenced throughregular safeguarding audit.2 Action for Children reviews andrevises supervision policy andstandards to develop a supervisionrecording and guidance tool thatcan help ensure all supervision isfocused on safeguarding,outcomes, analysis and reflectivepractice.The supervision policy has been revised to ensureall supervision is focused on safeguarding,outcomes, analysis and reflective practice and hasbeen included in the Recording and RecordKeeping Policy. Compliance with the policy willbe evidenced through regular safeguarding audit.3 Action for Children takes accountof the past practice in this case inimplementing its OutcomesFramework across servicesthroughout the UK to promotepractice in all cases with childrenwhereby clear child centred goalsare set, reviewed and met orchanged.This recommendation was included inimplementing the Outcomes Framework acrossservices throughout the UK. Service plans haveoutcomes that are child centred to ensure positiveoutcomes for children.
