Ickey Woods, 1998 UNLV Athletic Hall of Famer and Cincinnati Bengal (1988-1991), renowned for the
most famous football touchdown dance in NFL history, the “Ickey Shuffle,” has teamed up The Ickey
Woods Youth Foundation with Coach Tim Pierce, Owner of STG Pierce Entertainment, to proudly
present CAMP TOUCHDOWN - SHUFFLE TO SUCCESS. This Football Fundamentals and Elite
Conditioning Camp for youths ages 8-18 in Las Vegas, NV, from July 19 - 22, 2010, will be conducted
at UNLV.

The Ickey Woods Youth Foundation is a non-profit organization established to provide

guidance and mentoring to “at risk” inner city youth. The Camp Touchdown -
Shuffle to Success program seeks to develop its participants (the Icksters)
through various activities based on the "Whole Person" concept, which
simply states that all individuals can achieve their full potential when
they are developed physically, mentally (intellectually) and spiritually
(service to others). The stated mission of the foundation is, "To create
and administer programs that will insure that all active participants are
accepted into society at their highest potential."

This year we are offering an opportunity to local businesses like yours to

become Camp Sponsors. Your contributions will be targeted to bring a lifelong
memorable experience to the players including: Send a Youth to Camp, Player Equipment,
Commemorative T-Shirts and Other Collateral, Water, First-Aid Supplies, etc. Camp Touchdown -
Shuffle to Success is different from some other football camps in that we are a small non-profit club
that does not receive any governmental or grant assistance for our efforts. Our primary revenue
source is donations received from generous individuals and businesses.

The camps low-priced low registration fee of $150 per child is an incredible value considering the
benefits these children will be receiving by attending Camp Touchdown - Shuffle to Success. The more
donations we raise, the more children can attend the camp. The camp’s focus is set to provide our
nations youth with solid and effective guidance, inspiration, direction and leadership, all geared towards
cultivating total and overall well-being. The training will teach them the fundamentals of football, as
well as, the discipline and dedication they need to advance to a higher level of performance. Apart
from learning the football essentials of coaching, playing, and officiating of games, attendees will be
instilled with the spirited competition of the game, empowering them with a true sense of good
sportsmanship.

 Any Individual or Business may make a Camp Donation directly to a specific Individual or Group
for the express purpose of assisting the campers with their registration fees.
 Donations DO NOT provide for sponsorship or recognition as part of the Camp Sponsorship
Programs outlined here.
 All Donation amounts are made available to the Ickey Woods Youth Foundation and Coach Tim
Pierce’s STG Pierce Entertainment for use as detailed within this program without “cost of
sponsorship” being deducted.

POLICY FOR CAMP SPONSORSHIPS
The Camp adheres to the following policies regarding sponsorships designated for a specific
attendee:

 Any Camper can freely solicit sponsorships from any person, business, or Organization.
 All team sponsorship money must be used for the equipment, uniforms, tournaments, player
registrations, clinics, camps, or travel and administration expenses for
tournaments/appearances.
 Sponsorship money may not be used to hire professional trainers for the Camp.
 In order to receive tax benefits from the donation/sponsorship, the funds must be made payable
to the Ickey Woods Youth Foundation and identified as “Camp Sponsorship”, or donated through
PayPal at CAMPTOUCHDOWN.COACHTIMPIERCE.COM. A percentage (cost of sponsorship) of all
camp sponsorships received will be retained at the camp level as stated in the CTSTS Marketing
Sponsor Guidelines.
 The Camp will send a “thank you” letter to the Sponsor, including the Camps Tax Identification
Number and Invoice for the advertising level you or your business has selected.
 In the event that not all the money is used for the listed approved expenses, the remaining
money is to be redirected back to the Camp to be used for cost reduction for Campers, player
scholarship expenses or future registration fees.
