What is ExxonMobil's plan to retire the Joliet Refinery?

You and your engineers and scientist understand James Hansen et al
December 3, 2013, admonishment (Bit.ly/HansenPLOS) that carbon emissions
must decline 6% per year beginning 2014 if we are to survive as a species.
Yet you have done nothing to curtail carbon emissions from gas- and oilderived liquid fuels. ExxonMobils Energy Outlook 2016 is hypocrisy.
ExxonMobil should be producing 18% less with 18% fewer refineries.
