What is "My Planner?"Turns out this featureallows users to getemail listing alerts, saveproperties and storedocuments in apersonal account - allgreat stuff that's goodfor the company and theuser. But I, the user,would never know that.This should be labeledin a more descriptivefashion or perhapsremoved from the homepage entirely andplaced where users aremore likely to use thesetools (e.g., searchresults page, propertydetail page).What does need to behere (and is currentlymissing) is a simple"account login" link - If Iam a user with anaccount signing-in is anaction I may very welltake from the homepage.

This should beremoved. Calls to actionare a critical part of anyweb page, but theyshould be used withdiscipline. Throw in toomany for non-essentialactions and you distractfrom what you reallywant to user to do - orwhat you determine,through research, whatthey will want to do.
