SUMMARY
On December 19, 2006, Detective Waddell and I wer e br iefed by Ser geant
Austr ia r egar ding a possible case of sex abuse. I was later advised the
complainant involved declined the assistance of the Por tland Police Bur eau's
Detective Division and the case was exceptionally clear ed (See Detective
Waddell's Special Repor t).
On January 6, 2009,

confer ence r oom at the Detective Division. Also pr esent dur ing the inter view
was Slavica Bubic, an advocate with the Sexual Assault Detail. Ms. Bubic
assisted in providing':
