G o od Mo r n i ng ,

Many of you have been wondering about what stage the proceedings are at with
the CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THE MEMBERS OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT AND AC-
TIVISTS .

We have not been providing updates or outlines of our evidence due to con-
cerns the information would be provided to the accused ahead of the FINAL
th
COURT DATE of J un e 2 8 , 20 10 .

Threats from the activists or their lawyers have not been an issue as they have
been given the option of PLEADING TO A LESSER CHARGE or PROVIDING EVIDENCE in
support of the charges in order of having the charges dropped against the indi-
vidual.

We have TURNED DOW N MEDIA requests for information until after J u n e 28 t h , and
are in the process of scheduling interviews.

In total, 29 individuals have been charged with 133 counts.

A recent e–mail from the P ub l i c P r o se cu t io n S e r v i c e of C an ad a stated ―

<< The federal and provincial Attor neys General have a mandate to
maint ain the integr ity of the crimi nal justice system, including the
prevention of prosecutions that are no t supported by a proper evi-
dentiary foundation. > >
We have sufficient evidence
to proceed on all counts

This statement was made because in an e–mail to Mr . L o w e s stated ―

<< The allega tions you have made inv olve serious charges against
many respected members of the community. >>

This has been pointed out by all th r ee judges, a point that has not been lost on
Mr . L o w e s .

The P r o s e c u to r s have asked we provide the balance of evidence to the P r o se -

c u t i on ’ s Of f i c e BEFORE J un e 2 3 r d , ahead of the J u ne 28 t h hearing.

We have clarified W E ARE NOT DROPPING ANY OF THE CHARGES ( we have been
asked if we would back down ) as we have SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE to proceed on
ALL counts.

We have not filed charges in respect to the financials of the CHARITIES . It is our
intent to EXPAND THE CHARGES at a later date on the evidence of MISAPPROPRIATION
OF PUBLIC FUNDS .

Anyone else from the industry that would like to provide statements should e–
mail or fax them before J u n e 23 r d 11 : 0 0 a m , so they can be forwarded to the
C r o w n . Please include your name, date of birth, residency, credentials, li-
censes, company name, and detailed contact information. The statements
should outline W HAT EFFECT THE BAN HAS HAD ON YOUR BUSINESS AND LIFESTYLE .
Please include any issues you feel you need to point out. Please keep in mind
Mr . L o w e s will need to read the information into evidence on J u ne 2 8 t h .
Anyone who would like to provide
statements to the courts
should send them to Jeffrey Lowes
BEFORE Wednesday June 23 rd 11:00 am

The statements should outline

what affect the ban has had on
your business and lifestyle

Please understand that the information provided to the courts has been wit-
nessed or discovered by Mr . L o w e s over the past couple of years, and was only
made possible because of the financial support of a very small group of compa-
nies.

If the industry would like to RECOVER DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE BAN , they will need
to proceed with CIVIL ACTION .

We have the interest from class action lawyers to proceed, but will NO T com-
mence any additional work on the file without agreements between the lawyers
and the companies seeking compensation.

It has been suggested that the industry MEETS in the 3 r d or 4 t h w e e k of Ju l y to

discuss the POSSIBLE DIRECTIONS this may take.

If your company is willing to provide, in writing, a dollar amount to offset the

costs of an injunction, please forward the information in the form of a signed
financially commitment by fax before J u ne 25 t h .

That information will be provided to a law firm who will then follow up with you
to confirm the information before proceeding.

We have already been in contact the manufacturers for a MATCHING AMOUNT .

The current demand has out–stripped the supply.

current demand.

The COSTS are expected to INCREASE , and the availability of the product will also
be REDUCED next year as additional regions come under new pesticide restric-

In the event of an INJUNCTION , there would still be a market ( D o– It – Yo u r s e lf

the company and the three suppliers in On t a r i o .

S a r r i t o r has now hit the domestic market, and we will report on the product
and the future of the company at a later date.

Following information about the court case, going forward will be LIMITED TO OUR
CLIENTS . The manufacturers will be accessing the court documents most likely
through their lawyers.

We will NO LO NG ER provide « free information » to the manufacturers or the

The Ontario Ministry of the Environment KNEW
the ban would affect the market place and the industry

We have received numerous e–mails and faxes about the « study » on

« Evaluating the Success of Ontario’s Cosmetics Pesticides Ban Prelimi-
nary Results ― 2008–2009 Urban Stream Water Quality Study » .

The study took 1 6 8 s a mp l e s from creeks in S o ut h–W e s te r n O nt a r i o , and is the

« reported proof the ban is working » .

In looking at the report we have drawn a few conclusions ―

● Grade 8 [ students ] have been robbed of their science fair [ project ].

● The pesticides detected are the result of ILLEGAL applications ( as

many of the areas were under municipal bans ).

● Municipal governments are NO T putting down the product cor-

rectly, or are breaking the ban.

● Home–owners are running out of supply.

If the study was conducted by the Mi n i s tr y o f th e E n v i r on m en t , there is an in-

teresting statement we will be using on J u ne 28 t h ―

<< P revious estimates indic ate that these three herbicides ac-
counted for over half the total amount of pesticides used by lawn
care companies in On tario. >>

This statement supports our claim the Mi n i s t r y o f th e En v i r on m e nt knew the

ban would affect the market–place and the industry.
Although the study CONTRADICTS an earlier study about pesticide reductions
prepared by Pa t r i c k Mc In n i s from « Environmental Monitoring and Reporting
Branch at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment : Pesticides in Ontario's
Treated Municipal Drinking Water 1986–2006 » .

Overall we will save our responses for the court rather than the newspapers.

We look forward to a positive response from the industry as we move forward.

Sincerely,

Force Of Nature presents THE WHOLE TRUTH FROM AN INDEPENDENT PERSPECTIVE from National Or-
ganization Responding Against Huje that seek to harm the Green Space Industry (NORAHG). It is a se-
ries of Reports destined for the Green Space Industry, the Environmental Terror Movement, Govern-
ments, and the Media, nationwide across Canada, the United States, and overseas. The information pre-
sented in Force Of Nature has been developed for the education and entertainment of the reader by pro-
viding a sequence of historical events WITH COMMENTARY. The neutrality of these Reports might be
disputed.

Huje is a term used to describe Enviro Maniac Activists that routinely concoct FEAR MONGERING,
FRAUDULENT LIES, MISCONCEPTIONS, COERCION, THREATS, DECEPTIONS, TERROR, and PARANOID
CONSPIRACIES that are DESIGNED to SCAM and DECEIVE the public into believing that families are in
some NON–EXISTENT danger with conventional pest control products. Huje also SCAM and DECEIVE
Government Officials into the NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS prohibition of FEDERALLY LEGAL,
SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE, and ABSOLUTELY INDISPENSABLE conventional pest
control products.

All information, excerpts, and pictures contained in this Report were found somewhere on the Internet,
and may be considered in the public domain, serving one of the following purposes ― archive, educa-
tion, promotion, publicity, or press release. The events, characters, companies, and organizations, de-
picted in this Report are not always fictitious. Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, may not
be coincidental. Force Of Nature is TOTALLY INDEPENDENT of any trade association or business operat-
ing within the Green Space Industry. Don’t thank us. It’s a public service. And we are glad to do it.

Force Of Nature, and its various incarnations, is the brainchild of William H. Gathercole and his entou-
rage. Mr. Gathercole is a principal FOUNDER of the Modern Professional Lawn Care Industry in BOTH
Ontario and Quebec. He holds a degree in Horticulture from the UNIVERSITY OF GUELPH, and another
pure and applied science degree from McGILL UNIVERSITY. He has worked in virtually all aspects of the
Green Space Industry, including GOLF, PROFESSIONAL LAWN CARE, and CHEMICAL INDUSTRY, and has
served in public affairs, workplace safety, and environmental compliance. Mr. Gathercole has super-
vised, consulted, programmed, and/or overseen the successful and safe execution of HUNDREDS OF
THOUSANDS of pest control applications in the urban landscape. He has trained, instructed, and con-
sulted with THOUSANDS of turf managers and technicians. Mr. Gathercole has also been an agricultural
agronomist. For many years, Mr. Gathercole was a contributing columnist for TURF & Recreation Maga-
zine, Canada’s Turf and Grounds Maintenance Authority. Mr. Gathercole is now retired from Force Of Na-
ture, although his name continues to appear as the FOUNDER. Mr. Gathercole is personally credited for
crafting the Golf Industry Exception Status, that endures to this day. He is also the creator of the signs
that are now used for posting after application. His vast knowledge of our long journey with Environ-
mental Issues is UNDENIABLE ― hopefully ! For FIFTEEN YEARS, the strategies designed and imple-
mented by Mr. Gathercole and his colleagues guaranteed the control of Environmental Terror for the en-
tire Modern Green Space Industry across Canada. Mr. Gathercole’s involvement in Environmental Issues
reached a fevered pitch in the 1990s, when he orchestrated, with his colleagues, legal action against the
Forces of Environmental Evil in the Town of Hudson, Quebec. Mr. Gathercole is the ONLY TRUE RELI-
ABLE WITNESS of the Hudson Affair.

Mr. Gathercole and his entourage have followed the evolution of ENVIRONMENTAL TERRORISM for over a
quarter century. Through Force Of Nature, Enviro Maniac Activist Huje are identified on the basis of their
statements, activities, affiliations, and whereabouts. Even though each Enviro Maniac Culprit is a mis-
guided adversary, each still deserves our respect. The use of the terms Maniac, Culprit, Terrorist, or
Basterd are not accusations of any legal wrong doing. Force Of Nature is simply holding Enviro Maniac
Activists accountable for conspiring to change public policies that TERRORIZE, HARM, and THREATEN the
Green Space Industry. Their pretentious prohibitionist rants have created LOSS OF REVENUES, BUSI-
NESS FAILURES, BANKRUPTCY, and UNEMPLOYMENT, inflicting DESPAIR and DESTITUTION for THOU-
SANDS of hapless victims throughout the Green Space Industry. The DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE of Ma-
niac Culprit Terrorist Basterd Huje is viewed as a form of TERROR, HARM, and THREAT against the Green
Space Industry.
