Before You Start
If your computers are networked,create a central folder where all theelements of the publication from eachcomputer can be stored. If you use asingle computer or multiple computersthat are not networked, you will needto make a central folder on eachcomputer.Create one folder that has all theelements of your current issue in it. Wesuggest that you name it the edition(Month) Issue, e.g. Nov Issue.• Within that folder create two folders:ArticlesImages
