Luther N. Webster & This Indenture made the first day of March in the year One thousand
Robert Parks administrators Eight hundred and twenty four be[tween] Luther N Webster and
To Robert Parks administrators of all and singular the goods and chattels
Leander Weed rights and credits of Aaron Webster late of the County of Oakland
deceased of the first part and Leonard [Weed] of the same County of the second part Witnesseth that
the said party of the first part in there [sic] capacity as administrators and in presence of a decree and
authority granted to them by the Jud[ge] of the County Court of the County aforesaid in the Term of
February in the year aforesaid and agreeably to the [fourth?] Section Section [sic] of the act entitled an
act directing the settlement of the Estate of persons deceased and for the conveyance of real estate in
certain cases adopted made and published the Twenty seventh day of July one thousand eight hundred
and Eighteen have granted bargained sold remised aliened released and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell remise alien release and convey unto the said party of the second part and
to his heirs and assigns forever that certain piece of tract of land situated in the County aforesaid lying
three rods East from the late dwelling house of the said Aaron Webster beginning on the Section
line the center of the Highway Running thence East ten chains along the said line and highway
thence South five chains to a stake thence West two chains to a stake thence North five chains to
a stake the place of beginning making out some grounds being part of Section Number thirty six
in Township three North of Range ten East. To have and to hold the said premises together with the
improvements and appurtenances to the same belonging or appertaining with all the Estate right title
property claim and demand which the said Aaron Webster at the time of his de[cease] had of in and to the
same to the said party of the sec[ond] part his heirs and only proper use benefit and behoof forever In
witness whereof the said party of the first [part] have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the
day and year first above written

County of Oakland } Be it Remembered that on this Eight day of July in the year of our lord one
thousand eight hundred and twenty four before me the undersigned a Justice of the Peace in and for the
County aforesaid came to me the above named Luther N Webster and Robert Parks to me well known to
be the persons who executed the above instrument who acknowledged that they signed sealed and
delivered the same as their voluntary act and deed for the use and purposes therein expressed all which I
certify according to the Statute
