What is a career anchor?

It is an attitudinal,
behavioral characteristics
of a person that
influences to his career.
Its an individual
characteristics that are
the reason to choose a
career.

The basic nature is to be
independent,
entrepreneurial nature.
Highly motivated to do
something
independently.
Don’t willing to work
under someone’s control.
