DEFENDANT BRETT KIMBERLIN’S RESPONSE TO PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO SHOW CAUSE AND COPY OF DEFENDANT'S REVISED INTERROGATORIES Plaintiff, for the umpteenth time, seeks to have Defendant Brett Kimberlin sanctioned and jailed based on his latest lunacy. He obviously needs another filing in this Court so he can post it on his website along with his commentary to his alt right readers that he is going to imprison Defendant for another perceived slight. This harassment must stop. Why is this Court enabling this harassment? Attached is a copy of the revised Interrogatories Plaintiff said he did not receive. Now that itis filed with the Court, Plaintiff cannot say that he did not receive it. Of course, Defendant expects that Plaintiff will file yet another motion based on some peccadillo or disagreement with the latest ipgerrogatories.
