Application Materials for Congressional Accreditation. The gallery representative, an employee of the United States, took it upon himself to make sure no hearing or other consideration of this application would take place and he returned my check uncashed. The primary objection was that this was new media and they simply did not believe new media should take up space needed by "real" media.
