Classic Cocktails
Americano (Built)
30 ml Campari, 30 ml sweet vermouth, club soda to fill, Slice of orange Build over ice in an
old-fashioned glass
top with club soda, stir gently, garnish with orange slice
Brandy Alexander (Shaken)
30 mlBrandy, 30 ml whiteCrème de Cacao,30 mlLight cream ,gratednutmeg - Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain contents into a
cocktail glass
. Grate nutmeg on topand serve.
B And B (Built)
30 mlBrandy, 30 mlBenedictine- Float brandy on top of Benedictine in a
cordial glass
withoutmixing and serve.
B - 52 Shooter (Built)
20 ml Kahlua, 20 ml Bailey’s Irish Cream, 20 ml Cointreau/ Grand Marnier- Pour the liqueurs in theabove order over the back of a spoon into a
shot glass
