To All Members of Ann Marie Hill Co-operative

Please be advised that we will begin enforcing the rules and fines of our Pet Policy
immediately.

For your information, the Office Staff and the Board of Directors have been receiving verbal
complaints as well as written letters of complaint at an increasing rate for the past year to the present
time with regard to inconsiderate, unsanitary and unsafe handling by owners of their pets.

The following are some of the issues facing the Co-op with regard to pet owners:

Dog owners allowing their dogs to urinate and defecate on Co-op Property:

In the building: ● In elevators

● In the stairwells
● On balconies – Pet owners sweep the animal urine and feces over
the balcony on to the balcony below

In the Town Houses: ● In the backyards of members:

dogs are being allowed to run free off their leashes resulting in
defecation and feces in backyards

● In the car park

● On grassy areas of the Co-op

Continuous Barking: Owners are allowing their dogs to bark incessantly on balconies and in
backyards – some at all hours of the day and night.

We are all members of this Co-operative. Be considerate.
