Fresh Herb Chicken Marinade

* for 2 pounds of chicken *


½ cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup cooking sherry or wine
¾ cup fresh herbs
3-4 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Mix up ingredients with a whisk and pour over chicken (in a large
bowl or plastic zip top bag). Marinate for at least two hours in
the refrigerator. Grill, serve and swoon.
