As a result of the high interest of this event and space restrictions, the University will supply one
table approximately 4 foot table and one chair. Students, in groups of 500, will have an
opportunity to mingle with our area businesses for approximately 30 minutes. We anticipate
approximately 2,000 students in attendance. The event will be under a tent and therefore will
take place rain or shine. Set up will begin at 9:30.We would like set up to be completed by
11:30a.m. If you are interested in participating, please return your application to me no later than
August 13, 2010.
