Combat Engine Trademark License

This document gives the user permission to use the file combatlogo.tif, as well as the
"Jox" and "Combat Engine" trademarks in products, both free and commercial, so long
as the following conditions are met:

1. All products that use the Jox trademark, the Combat Engine trademark or the Combat
Engine logo must include the following statement inside the book:

Jox and the Combat Engine logo are trademarks of James D. Hargrove and are
used with permission.

2. Additionally, the product’s front cover must include, in 10-point Arial, bold, italic, font
the following statement:

Game system based on Jox (OGL Edition) by James D. Hargrove

3. You cannot change the logo in any manner beyond re-coloring the text or the
background (both of which are optional).

The Jox name and Combat Engine logo remain the trademarks of James D. Hargrove

If you fail to follow these requirements, as presented, you may lose permission to utilize
the Jox trademark and Combat Engine logo.
