cake = banana & honey

100 gr of butter or margarine (it is more light with margarine)

4 eggs

4 cups of plain flour

3 cups of sugar

1 cup of milk

1 tablespoon of dry yeast

honey (the sufficient to covers the bottom of the form)

cinammon to taste

1 teaspoon of vanilla

bananas to cover the form


Let's work :

1) Beat 4 egg whites to the point of 'snow' and to set aside

2) Mix the sugar, the butter and 4 yolks to obtains a mass (homogenea)

3) Continuing ...ad the flour, the milk and the yeast , mixing slowly

4) Add the egg whites 'delicately' to the mass

Spread the bottom of the form with a fine layer of honey and put the bananas in top
sprinkling with the cinnamon.

Now put the mass on top of the bananas and place in the oven preheated to 200 C
degrees for mol 45 to 50 min up to roasting completely (use a fork or stick to test).

When ready, withdraw of the oven and to let cool approximately 5 min and to turn
the cake still lukewarm in a tray.

Do not let cool in the form or it is going to stick in the bottom.
