Land Reform Issues and Tenancy Reforming System for Agricultural Land 8

Project Breif:
A research based project meant for analysis on the current scenario of
agricultural land reform issues and tenancy system in Indian agriculture.

One of the major sources of crop production, is depends upon the quality
and amount of agricultural land acquired by the farmers. To overcome
with such land acquisition problem, in few states of our country farmers
used to take agri based land on lease as their necessity from the owner of Lease holder
the land. According to the present system there is a direct dealing Lease owner
Current system
between the landowner and lease holder for keeping agricultural land on
lease. The current system, allows sharing of 50% of total crop production
fertile from the provided leased land, among the dealers. Due to dealing
opposition, unconditional whether and low productive cost and fertility,
the system is slowly decreasing the interest between dealers ( farmers and
land owners) to continue it.
In this proposed system, we have just added a mediator a third party
between lease owner and lease holder. Here the govt. or any corporate
sector acts the role of mediator. This mediator serves well management Mediator
service between these two people (dealers).
