An informal discussion was held on 19-7-2010 under the Chairmanship of Sri Pillai (PGM-

SEA) on the issue of Second ACP for Senior Accountants. GM(SR) Sri Shakeel Ahmed also
attended. From the Staff Side, Com V.A.N.Namboodiri(President), Com
P.Abhimanyu(General Secretary), Com P.Asokababu(Dy. General Secretary) represented
BSNLEU. Com Pabitra Chakraborty (Former General Secretary, Administrative Union and
senior leader, BSNLEU) was especially requested to participate in this meeting and
accordingly he attended the meeting and given his valuable contribution in the
discussion. The Staff Side explained in detail about the justification for second ACP for
the Senior Accountants who were converted from TA Clerk to UDC TA. The Official Side
appreciated it and assured to examine the issue in the light of this discussion and then
will fix date for the next meeting.
