Terms and Conditions
Terms: 100% cash, cashiers check, bsiness or personal check or Visa/MasterCard/Discover. A
$25 fee will be added to all retrned checks, and 3% will be added to credit cards.
Bids and Disputes: In case of disptes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If
no frther bid is made, the byer will be the person from whom the actioneer accepted the last
bid. The auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be nal.
Announcements: Every effort was made to assre the correctness of this catalog, however,
all annoncements from the action block will take precedence over the printed matter in the
catalog. Byers are therefore cationed to pay attention to any sch annoncements.
Certicates of Registry: Certicates of registry or applications for registry will be furnished to the
byer for each animal after settlement has been made.
Shipping: Assistance will be given in making shipping arrangements after the sale, bt the sale

management and/or the seller assme no risk. Expenses incrred are the responsibility of the
byer. Byers are reqested to frnish shipping instrctions when making settlement. All animals
mst be loaded day of sale nless prior arrangements have been made.

Accidents: Althogh every precation will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of the
byers, neither the sales management, the actioneer, nor the sellers assme any responsibility
in the matter and disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in case of accidents or loss of property.
Rights and Obligations: The above terms of sale will constitte a contract between the byer and

the seller and be eqally binding to both. Resale of animals following prchase in the sale will constitte a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two parties connected thereto are not covered by the terms and conditions of this sale.

Health Papers: Consignors will provide health papers.
Breeders Guarantee: Shold any animal over 7 months of age fail to prove a breeder within 120

days of prchase date, the matter shold be reported in writing to Tri-State Boers. The seller
will have 90 days to prove the animal is a breeder. Shold the animal prove to be breeder, it will
be trned back over to the owner. Shold the animal prove not to be a breeder, consignor will
replace the animal with one of eqal or more vale or refnd the byer. All transportation will be
the responsibility of the byer!

Loading of Animals: We will be nable to load any animals ntil the sale is completed. Yor
nderstanding and cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Phone Bids: Phone bids will be accepted. Arrangements shold be make prior to sale if yo plan

Sale Directions: From I-74 take Exit 134A (Greensbrg Soth) go throgh for lights and trn left
on Highway 46. Park entrance is to the right. Fairgronds is in the park. Sale will start at NOON.
Headquarters for the Sale: Holiday Inn, 812-663-5500. Mention Tri-State Sale for special rate.
Preview of Animals: Animals will be in place Friday night, Jly 30th. Barn will open at 8:00 am
Satrday morning.
Semen: Semen will be available at the sale and if interested contact Alvin and bring yo AI tank.
