Terms and Conditions
Terms: 100% cash, cashiers check, bsiness or personal check or Visa/MasterCard/Discover. A
$25 fee will be added to all retrned checks, and 3% will be added to credit cards.
Bids and Disputes: In case of disptes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If
no frther bid is made, the byer will be the person from whom the actioneer accepted the last
bid. The auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be nal.
Announcements: Every effort was made to assre the correctness of this catalog, however,
all annoncements from the action block will take precedence over the printed matter in the
catalog. Byers are therefore cationed to pay attention to any sch annoncements.
Certicates of Registry: Certicates of registry or applications for registry will be furnished to the
byer for each animal after settlement has been made.
Shipping: Assistance will be given in making shipping arrangements after the sale, bt the sale
management and/or the seller assme no risk. Expenses incrred are the responsibility of the
byer. Byers are reqested to frnish shipping instrctions when making settlement. All animals
mst be loaded day of sale nless prior arrangements have been made.
Accidents: Althogh every precation will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of the
byers, neither the sales management, the actioneer, nor the sellers assme any responsibility
in the matter and disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in case of accidents or loss of property.
Rights and Obligations: The above terms of sale will constitte a contract between the byer and
the seller and be eqally binding to both. Resale of animals following prchase in the sale will constitte a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two parties connected thereto are not covered by the terms and conditions of this sale.
Health Papers: Consignors will provide health papers.
Breeders Guarantee: Shold any animal over 7 months of age fail to prove a breeder within 120
days of prchase date, the matter shold be reported in writing to Tri-State Boers. The seller
will have 90 days to prove the animal is a breeder. Shold the animal prove to be breeder, it will
be trned back over to the owner. Shold the animal prove not to be a breeder, consignor will
replace the animal with one of eqal or more vale or refnd the byer. All transportation will be
the responsibility of the byer!
Loading of Animals: We will be nable to load any animals ntil the sale is completed. Yor
nderstanding and cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Phone Bids: Phone bids will be accepted. Arrangements shold be make prior to sale if yo plan

Sale Directions: From I-74 take Exit 134A (Greensbrg Soth) go throgh for lights and trn left
on Highway 46. Park entrance is to the right. Fairgronds is in the park. Sale will start at NOON.
Headquarters for the Sale: Holiday Inn, 812-663-5500. Mention Tri-State Sale for special rate.
Preview of Animals: Animals will be in place Friday night, Jly 30th. Barn will open at 8:00 am
Satrday morning.
Semen: Semen will be available at the sale and if interested contact Alvin and bring yo AI tank.
