I really don't know what is causing your problem. Obseve the figire in the "Document Information" to the left - over 1400 downloads so far. I just downloaded it using this account, which is not the one I used to upload it. I just checked the settings and it's already set to allow downloads. Scribd is probably just being random at you.

the best online edition I've seen of Morals and Dogma by Albert Pike, one of the most important, well-known documents on F&AM. Thanks wombat23 for the free download. A great book, in the best online edition available, for free. Thank you.
