This recipe makes twoservings. Add the zest of onelemon, simple syrup and8 oz of boiling water toa shaker and stir.

Once the mixture hascooled, stir in 8 oz of ice-cold water and thelemon juice to the shaker.Fill two highball glasseswith ice cubes.Pour equal amounts of the lemonade into eachglass and garnish eachwith a lemon wheel.Place the lemon, lime,orange, simple syrupand a dash of ginger aleinto a highball glass.
