The building with the blue roof is the new Dust Proof Assembly Shop.Our new at the port town of Dahej (Gujarat)Indiawill have a lifting capacity of 300 MT.Coastal facility  We are setting up a shop to produce Standard Gap Frame and H-Frame Presses at Bawal (Haryana) India the shop is scheduled to be commissioned by end 2008.ISGEC Group Corporate Office at Noida (a suburb of New Delhi), India.
 
This 12000 kN Press will be used by UTW,for tryout and manufacturing critical components for Auto majors. The Press is equipped with moving bolster of size of 4500mm x 2200mm and has provision for mounting dampers, which makes it suitable for blanking.at Drolshagen - Scheda, Germany

This Servo controlled 12000kN Press is for Hot Stamping of High Tensile Steel Components. The two slides of 6000kN capacity each,can move independently. The bolster size is 3000 x 3000mm.This Press was supplied to the ThyssenKrupp Fabco plant at Detroit,

We have supplied 20 Presses to the ThyssenKrupp Group since 1999.Michigan, USAThis extra rigid (deflection 0.07 mm/m) 6300kN Mechanical Press, running at 100 SPM, is for Progressive Die Applications. It has beensupplied to LuK, .Another 15000kN Hydraulic  Sorocaba, Brazil Press has also been supplied to the same customer.

To be installed at the GM de Mexico,plant in ,this isone of 3 MechanicalPresses of 10000kN,bo San Luis Potosi Mexico lster size 4500 x 2400mm, under testing at our Plant,The LuK Group has entrustedISGEC with all ordersfor their requirementsofProgressive Die Pressesinthe last 5 years for theirplants around theworld.These include 6 Presses fortheir plants in Buhl, Germany; Sorocaba,Brazil; Taicang, China; Port Elizabeth, South Africa Hosur, India. and The Presses shown in this picture are installed at theLuK plant in China.The first one, supplied in the year 2000, is being run at a speed of 100 SPM. Subsequentlywe haveanother 10000kN Press to Valeo This Press runs at a speed of 120 SPM.supplied in 2005.We have supplied 3 Presses to theValeo Group.ThesePresses are equipped with inbuilt shears andfeedlines.Two of thesePresses of 10000kN capacity areinstalledatValeo Amiens, France.
