Re: Government Organized Crime
Mulroney/Schreiber
Bureaucracy
Over the passed four years I Frank Gallagher manager of the Charter Democracy Force
have been providing your office along with many others of the federal and provincial
governments (GLIST) the irrefutable evidence of government organized crime of
corruption and conspiracy against the people of the Lower Tier with the RCMP major
players thanks to former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney of the present controversial trial
“Mulroney/Schreiber” and the correspondence received from the various government
offices are consistent with the conspiracy.
The stories in the Media are also consistent with the conspiracy as they as well as the Bar
Associations and Armed Forces across Canada have also been informed
At the moment my mind is obsessed with the rationale that Prime Ministers are not
specifically Assholes and they just appear that way as their insatiable lust for wealth and
power and appreciation and loyalty to they who approach them offering them their
dreams follow their instructions to the wondrous accomplishment and in fact due the
reality they reach the plateau peaked by many as highly respected nincompoops that is a
humongously pathetic representation of the minds of the Canadian people as the epitome
of ignorance presents the brains of the Canadian people to be absent of minds.
Though we of the Charter Democracy Force know certain you are either Asshole or
Homer Simpson’s mentor we endeavour to be precise persistent to providing you people
of the Constitution: Establishment every opportunity to these most serious issues where
whether you know it or not the Law Society of Upper Canada is not the law … the
Constitution Act, 1982: Document is and since their beliefs and modus operandi are
precisely 180 degrees adverse to the Constitution and every individual’s guaranteed
Charter rights of equal protection and benefits if one were to study them they would not
know the law but know them and the obvious fact they are an illegitimate intelligent
cancer upon society.
2
It is imperative that persons of your high office know the Law and
prior to that you must know sanity which the Charter Democracy
Force has persistently endeavoured for the safety and well being of
every individual as guaranteed.
You see though we have the fortitude and conviction you have the
wherewithal and if you were to absorb the necessary knowledge we
so freely and eagerly provide you would need no longer to apply
your efforts to covering the fact your magnificent brain has no mind
of its own obviously in control of the enemy of the Canadian people
who have to be the dumbest believing one of the political parties is
right for them having limited choices as to which scorpion species
will harm them least
Of the more than 1,000 species of scorpions worldwide, only 30 carry a toxin that may be
fatal in humans. In the U.S., the rate is very low: one death from a scorpion sting occurs
on average every two to three years. In Mexico, there are a reported 1,000–2,000 deaths
per year. Because of their size and ability to travel in shoes and luggage, scorpions are
found in many ports all over the world, having arrived as stowaways. Scorpions are
nocturnal, typically emerging only at night. They are commonly found in cupboards,
closets, in shoes, and under beds. Scorpions sting with a poisoned hook on the tail, which
is raised prior to an attack.
Being infected by scorpion venom results in a local reaction that, while painful, is easily
treated with analgesics, antihistamines, ice, and supportive care. Moderate to severe pain,
numbness, or tingling is often experienced in the area around the sting. Nausea or
vomiting is not uncommon.
In more serious stings, pain and tingling may be followed by marked changes in blood
pressure (high or low), high fever, or difficulty breathing. Symptoms that signify a more
serious venom reaction include restlessness, rotary or roving eye movements, involuntary
muscle spasms, difficulty swallowing, excessive salivation, or blurred vision. Shock or
respiratory arrest may ensue without prompt medical intervention.
We at the Charter Democracy Force assert that scorpions are not social critters that we
need to get along with and the Charter guarantees us equal protection from them and
though well aware guarantees backed by humans have their limitations we expect and
3
demand the government personnel to demonstrate due diligence to the protection of the
people prior to being injured ever attentive to removing obstructions to the
accomplishment rather than thriving off the symptoms of their deliberate negligence.
It is due the extreme of your negligence that every individual need not get stung yet need
the antidotes the drug companies thrive on that provide humongous revenues to support
the overhead of the nefarious bent that have absconded with the people’s government.
Being infected by scorpion venom results in a local reaction that, while painful, is
easily treated with analgesics, antihistamines, ice, and supportive care. Moderate to
severe pain, numbness, or tingling is often experienced in the area around the sting.
Nausea or vomiting is not uncommon.
Obviously they make us sick but in general we are not up to our necks in puke, yet
forever in fear of drowning.
Dawson Creek is a case in point where we of the Charter Democracy Force are now
seriously involved acting on behalf of the Canadian individual’s guaranteed Charter
rights whereas we intend to initiate them expecting and demanding cooperation of the
people’s representatives begrudgingly but willingly finance the system to eradicate
amoral and criminal persuasion from the bounds of Canada as you and all government
personnel are bound upon acceptance of financial benefit for the precise purpose of
equally protecting and benefitting every individual without bias.
When charges are made and persons brought to court all persons involved have only one
purpose and that is to determine the truth as to whether or not a persons Charter rights
have been violated and when a person is determined to be guilty proved far beyond
reasonable doubt … a certainty with all competent responsible irreproachable persons
dedicated to the cause rather than using deliberately placed loop-holes, ambiguity and
major inconsistencies with the Constitution for the obvious purpose of enhancing the
deviate propagates of the Law Society of Upper Canada’s luxurious lifestyle where the
evidence against the Law Society is not debatable as they have admitted either stated or
implied and signed letters that there members are not required to give a damn about every
individual’s guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefits.
It simply beyond any form of sanity to believe that anything in our courts which their
members have infested can be determined beyond a reasonable doubt by mindless
propagates of the Law Society that has been determined certain…no doubt at all,
reasonable or otherwise.
This has all been irrefutably documented with the irony of beyond reasonable doubt
signed by the epitome of no doubt at all the law Society signed and delivered to me
proving irrefutably they are reasonable to a cause … the luxuries of their insatiable
cravings, not precisely as expected or demanded of the Constitution and its people that
finance it whereas their modus operandi and beliefs could not be further distanced simply
due their diligence to it
4
Back to the published remedies
In more serious stings, pain and tingling may be followed by marked changes in
blood pressure (high or low), high fever, or difficulty breathing. Symptoms that
signify a more serious venom reaction include restlessness, rotary or roving eye
movements, involuntary muscle spasms, difficulty swallowing, excessive salivation,
or blurred vision. Shock or respiratory arrest may ensue without prompt medical
intervention.
In Dawson Creek it is difficult to determine the difference between the more serious
stings of the scorpions or the symptoms of the drugs that run rampant in Dawson Creek
or the difference between Hells Angels or the RCMP.
It is also difficult to know which the courts favour … the Hells Angels or the RCMP …
but does it matter… they are ASSHOLES.
Does that matter if the people just say…gee I can of thought there was a connection, nice
to know and then back to dealing with their personal problems … what to do…what to
do?
In my mind it is best to step on scorpions before they bite you and should they have any
link to the process of thought and reason they just might consider getting the hell out of
town and finding some decent rocks they can hide under until we get around to turning
every stone.
So consistent with our ideology of needing to know the root of the problem behind the
infamous “Struggle of Humankind” as you are aware we have taken the initiative to set
the stage that will invariably provide us the pertinent information to the resolve.
All is focussed on the trial of Dolores Smith and the murders of her friends Natasha
Dostal and Clayton Desjarlais of Dawson Creek whereas the RCMP have covered it up as
they have many calling them accidental when the evidence is overwhelming that they
were murdered… with reports the entire government personnel have been inducted into
the service of the Hells Angels with Harper linked as an obvious major player.
I assert that an innocent person would do everything to cooperate with the law …
particularly the Prime Minister of Canada whereas an innocent person would be pleased
that the system financed by the people requires the administers and enforcers of the law
to be consistent with it to a competence to ensure every individual’s guaranteed Charter
rights of equal protection and benefits are secured.
The innocent have full right to the protection as guaranteed under the presumption of
innocence whereas we are all presumed to be innocent in compliance with the law that by
so doing are equally protected as guaranteed.
5
It is incomprehensible that there be any interpretation that persons with reasonable
evidence produced against them of non-compliance with the law that there is any purpose
of all persons involved other than to collect all pertinent evidence to determine the truth
as would be seen by God whether or not He exists or whether or not one believe He
exists.
In all cases where justice is the prerequisite lies aid and abet the flight from justice and
any person found guilty of such an offense is as guilty of the crime committed as the
person or persons committed whereas the distinct purpose of the legal system is to
provide equal protection to every individual as guaranteed.
Any individual who would accept any interpretation of laws by the admitted do not give a
damn about the Constitution and its people, absolutely 180 adverse to the concept and
every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights, nefarious bent Law Society of Upper
Canada is the epitome of stupidity precisely what the members require and expect of their
clients that allows for their luxurious success.
The Law Society of Upper Canada are adamant in their belief that evidence is irrelevant
when it is against their members, well documented, confirmed and signed by a few and
demonstrated it in their dealing with my complaint against their member.
The simple and obvious fact is it is all over … they are up a creek without a paddle …
Dawson Creek as a matter of fact.
The purpose of this Registered Letter by Canada Post addressed to you personally Prime
Minister Stephen Harper is to ensure that you personally have been provided the
irrefutable evidence of the most obvious government organized crime an now
overwhelmingly documented, with all of reality to support.
The following e-mail from your office, the PMO, dated July
20 2007 … 9:29 AM clearly indicates your office has been
provided the irrefutable evidence of government organized
crime by me Frank Gallagher and M. Bredeson, Executive
Correspondence Officer for the Prime Minister's Office
responds on your behalf.
I acted on the presumption that since you enacted the Accountability Act, 2006 you
would be coherent to the meaning of accountable … and would want to demonstrate its
certainty.
Although a reasonable presumption that you have been informed and M. Bredeson has
acted on your behalf responding to me as you intended it is not conclusive proof that you
are in fact not accountable nor ever intended to be unaccountable.
6
It simply cannot be determined certain at this point if you are an ASSHOLE or a STUPID
ASS

So it is imperative that we determine which … ASSHOLE or
STUPID ASS because the people’s guaranteed Charter rights
of equal protection and benefits have priority one with the
Charter Democracy Force as we are individual’s with an
inherent and vested interest.

NEED TO KNOW
Inherent to any problem is the need to know there
is one and secondly what the hell it is

Decidedly STUPID ASS is the best way go proclaiming he was never aware of what was happening
in Canada … and he will thank me for my efforts to make it abundantly clear that his staff and the
entire government had played him for a fool aiding them to ransack the people. He had been the fool
their tool to luxuriously success aiding them to create the poverty, hopelessness and despair
necessary for the Hells Angels that they allow to push their drugs as in mind they rise from the
cellars they were locked in. Who knows how much of the taxpayers money pays for the drugs to
calm their souls, and the victims we need to provide them for the Law Society to expand their
industry into all realities of the poverty sector
The people need to know the truth and stop believing they know it being why the truth has never
been dealt with. This is a mind war and the battle is in yours. Reality is the truth
You may as well of never existed if you do not stand up for yourself with the rest of us
