The contract is designed to be filled out by the parties, and is simple and self-explanatory.

The contract allows for the easy identification of the artwork and the parties. Terms include sales price, method of delivery, payment terms, risk of loss, copyright, alterations, governing law, a mediation and as is clause, and severability in case of partial invalidity.
