This is a contract outlining the terms and conditions of a commission of artwork between an artist and an art collector. The contract is designed to be filled out by the parties, and is simple and self-explanatory.
The contract allows for the easy identification of the parties. Terms include a description of the service artist is to provide, subject matter, medium, and size of artwork, sales price, non-refundable deposit, method of delivery, payment terms, right of refusal, risk of loss, copyright, alterations, governing law, a mediation and as is clause, and severability in case of partial invalidity.
