Together, we will learn and practice mindfulness. Mindfulness is theart of living fully the present moment, so that we can recognise and appreciate the conditions of happiness that are alreadyavailable, and be able to take good care of our difficulties. We will learn to relax, to listen to ourselves and to take the good decisions in our lives. We will practice mindfulness in sitting,walking, whilst lying down, eating, working, running, sleeping, on our hands, on our head…We will discuss our life’s aspirations and chal-lenges in the sharing groups. We will have workshops to discover and express our creativity.
