WHAT ISSMTD
Supervisory Management Training and Development (SMTD) has been
designed to validate Supervisors and Managers competence against
National Standards.
The programme is mapped to the latest National Occupational Standardsin
Management and Leadership
and in total contains 7 training

modules. Some people may only be required to complete selected modules to satisfy

their individual training needs.
