This
cause
came
for
hearing
on
July
7,2010,
before
the
Hon.
Jon Kerry
Blackwood,
SeniorJudge,
upon
written
notice
to
the
parties
to
appear
for a
schedulingconference.
It
appearing
to
the
Court
that
the defendants, respectively,
understand
the
chargespending
against
them, the
following
schedule
is
set
for
the
proceeding
of this
cause:
1.
Defendant
Huff
having indicated
to
the
Court
his
desire
to
file
an
affidavit
of
indigency
and defendant
Fitzpatrickhaving
indicated
to
the Court
his
intention
to
hire
counsel,
both defendants
shall
advise the
Clerk
of
the
Court
by
July
23,2010,
of
their choice
of
counsel,
defendant
Huff
by
filing
ofhis
affidavit if
he
so
desires and
defendant
Fitzpatrick
by
notice of
appearance
of
counsel
on
his behalf.
If
either
defendant
shall
fail to
so advise the Court
by
July
23,2010,
he
shall
appear
before
the
Court at
9 a.m.
in
Madisonville,
TN,
on August 2,2010,
to
determine
the status
of
legal
counsel.
2.
All
parties and
their
respective
counsel
shall
file
any
and
all
motions
or otherpleadings
on their
respective
behalf
no
later
than
September
3, 2010,
