On February 17 2010 following your instructions to file a complaint against the RCMP I faxed you the
information requested, (See Pages 15 – 31) however you have failed to acknowledge and now I request again
also requesting an immediate response to this letter being faxed and e-mailed to you and the GLIST that include
my elected representative Minister of Public Safety Peter Van Loan who has refused to respond in the passed 4
½ years choosing not to write his epitaph, however I have taken care of that for him.
You are well aware of the particular subject matter within your jurisdiction as you know they are guilty as
charged as they demonstrate the charlatan ways taught them by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
There can be no such thing as a legitimate law to protect criminals and maintain consistency with the
Constitution Charter that equally governs, protects and benefits us all.
I cannot count the number of times I have Dick and Janed this to my GLIST hoping they would Spot legitimate
sanity when they see it, but they have just confirmed they are either irreversibly insane collectively having the
minds of a single toad or are cooperatives of the conspiracy that contains innumerable very serious charges
within the conspiracy far greater …. Humongously greater than the diversionary charges you all are playing
Monkey in the Middle with me forcing me to play Silly Bugger in continuance of documenting your modus
operandi that will be quite convenient when 1 LIFE … the SUING MACHINE begins with legitimate courts as
they will and must be with the people scrutinizing their every move attuned to the legitimate law and the
legitimate Rule of Law consistent with democracy.
The Police services Act cannot be clearer nor the “Roles and Responsibilities of the Attorney General” as
guardian of the public interest” and the legitimate version of the Rule of Law not the most elusive concept, hard
to easily define well established legal principle published on the “R&R of the AG that is the ultimate example of
Conflict of Interests and deliberate deception, prevarication, manipulation and orchestration consistent with the
manner you have all addressed the issues

Most obvious that cannot possibly be covered up is the existence of the private sector lawyer extortionists of
exorbitant fees due the fact business is thriving due the refusal of the political/legal system to protect the people
as guaranteed that of course would be the height of absurdity to attempt to do that while ransacking them with
the system obviously designed to protect the conspirators that is simply not debatable, especially by illegitimate
private sector lawyers and a legitimate legal system personnel controlled by the Attorney Generals that wear far
too many hats, political, government advisors and precedence as benchers with the Law Society, yet must not be
influenced by Cabinet or partisan intervention as there must be a clear separation of powers and legitimate
expectancy where you people have put on a fine demonstration of what can be expected by government
organized criminals.
An important part of the Crown's - and thus the Attorney General's - responsibility in
conducting criminal prosecutions is associated with the responsibility to represent the
public interest - which includes not only the community as a whole and the victim,
but also the accused. The Crown has a distinct responsibility to the court
to present all the credible evidence available.
They will gladly provide legal counsel for the impoverished through the Legal Aid system passing the tab to the
taxpayer that doesn’t have enough money left for themselves after they are through with taxes with all the taxes
embedded in consumer products, covering the 10% wealthy write offs that they invest undoubtedly holding the
populace hostage to their needs, being well underpaid with the corporate world and political faction giving us the
they provide jobs bullshit and to whom would they sell their products to and who would make them whereas it is
all one sided with you people that persists to demonstrate “Once in there is no way out” for
assuredly you are not going to find yourselves guilty when their isn’t a legitimate court in the land that would
even allow you, thus taking the entire glass house down with a mere pebble.
As for the Victim thing, assuredly I am a victim that occurred right in the legal system courts administered by
former Ontario Attorney General Michael Bryant who was the advisor of all persons that have obstructed me of
my right to have the police gather all the pertinent evidence unbiased, competent, responsible and irreproachable
unobstructed to provide to the Prosecuting Crown Attorney and noticeably absent a Defending Crown Attorney
because they are organized crime personified.
Then there is the office of the DOJ responding on behalf of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of
Canada stating they had no authority in the provinces with the RCMP running rampant across Canada and the
Minister with precedence # 1 as a bencher with the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario courts.
The system is 180 degrees adverse to the Constitution: Document as it always has been with TRUE
DEMOCRACY the façade of insatiable crooks absolutely indifferent to humanity and the chaos they leave in
their wake.
You cannot protect criminals by law with the fact that you do indicative they are designed to protect you, as the
humongous amount of irrefutable evidence attests.

This is to acknowledge receipt of your correspondence of October 15, 2009,

requesting access to a copy of Staff Sgt R.B. MacAdam’s report.
The Office of the Information Commissioner deals with complaints from persons who
believe their rights were denied under the Access to Information Act (the Act). Initial
requests for information under this Act should be sent directly to the institution
concerned.
The procedure consists of forwarding a written request to the Access to Information

Coordinator of the institution concerned. The request should include complete
contact information for the requester (name, address and telephone number), and
details regarding the information sought. It should also specify that you are
requesting information “under the Access to Information Act.” Finally, the request
must be accompanied by a $5 cheque or money order payable to the Receiver
General for Canada to cover the mandatory application fee. An Access to Information

This is also the address of RCMP Superintendent Robert Davis District Commander of the GTA who
should have a copy of RCMP Staff. Sgt. R.B. Macadam’s report who purportedly had a copy, but
admitted that he chose to ignore the hundreds of pages of irrefutable evidence of government organized
crime I filed with the Commission to find the RCMP innocent of refusing to investigate the government
organized crime.
I am interested if he also ignored Staff Sgt. R.B. MacAdam’s report or did Staff Sgt. R.B. MacAdam
spend 9 months ignoring the hundreds of pages of evidence too.
I am informed that the RCMP Commissioner William Nicholson has also been informed and perhaps
he has a copy of the requested information presuming you have his address.
