 Customers feedback for Pareena motors.

 Questionnaire on consumer perception.


FINDINGS
 Fuel efficiency and maintenance point of view Tata Indica is good.
 According to 80% respondent it’s very comfortable.

 Tata Indica has long last.

 Price of Tata indica is reasonable.

 Fuel efficiency can motivate the consumer to switch one brand to another brand.
 From Safety point of view systems like ABS and Air bag attract people to buy
Tata car.
 Tata car is available in wide model range.

 Spare Parts of TATA car not available everywhere (local market).

 Customers are not satisfied with service facility of Tata motors.

 Customer looks first exterior design than other features according to my


observation.
Recommendation
 TATA motors should improve the service facility and open
some new service center across the country.
 Tata motors should also give the batter safety feature like air
bag in small car segment. (observation)
 Tata should come with new exterior design time to time.

 Availability of spare parts in local market should improve.

 Pareena motors should increase the capacity of service center


for provide better service.

LIMITATION
 There is possibility of sampling errors in the study due to
busy schedule of the respondents.
 The responses of the consumers may not be genuine.

 The questions included in the questionnaire may not be


comprehensive.
 The time span of the survey was short and hence only major
aspects were considered.
 Lack of professional approach because I am a student
(researcher).
 The sample size is only 56 so the sample may not be truly
representative of the Gaya population.
