throws the spotlight onwork that has gone on in Iraq andNepal.Although there is a great deal ofgood news to report, I am alsokeen to highlight one importantarea where we need to improve. The annual staff survey by theHealthcare Commission publishedat the end of March revealed arise in the number of St George’srespondents reporting bullyingand harassment, particularlystaff-on-staff bullying. Theincrease put St George’s as one ofthe worst Trusts in England forreporting of this kind ofbehaviour. The Trust and its tradeunionsare committed to workingtogether to tackle all forms ofbullying and I would urge thosewho experience or witnessbullying behaviour to report it orseek support from linemanagers, HR or unionmanagers.
