CRUST: FILLING:16 graham crackers or equal amt. of 16 oz Tofutti “Cream Cheese”Trader Joe’s Cats Cookies (crumbled) 1/3 C fructose or sugar1/2 stick vegan margarine 4 EnerG Egg Replacer “Eggs”1 Tbsp light Karo syrup 1 tsp vanilla1 Tbsp

Blend the banana, tofu, and melted chips until smooth.Crumble up graham crackers (a rolling pin works well) and mix withsugar. Mix in margarine until the graham crackers stick together. Pushinto pie pan to form a crust. Pour in

Stir just until mixture is evenly moist. Fold in raisins andcranberries. Spoon into oiled 9x5x3 pan. Bake at 350F for one hour and 10minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Removefrom pan and cool on a rack.
