Description

Project Longshot is a design for an interstellar spacecraft to go to Alpha Centauri, the closest star system to our own. It was designed in 1988 and was designed to launch in the early 21st century when technology had improved. The original pdf is available here:

But since it's just a scanned copy the quality is quite low and it's impossible to copy text in some parts. I typed it up here to make it possible to copy, paste and automatically translate into other languages.
