has a background in mar-keting and human resource development. He worksregularly with the business community and otherorganizations as a consultant on marketing andperformance improvement strategies. He recentlyretired from North Carolina State University wherehe served as the coordinator of the graduate Train-ing and Development Program for over 15 years.Dr.Burrow received degrees from the University of Northern Iowa and the University of Nebraska inmarketing and marketing education.
Brad Kleindl, Ph.D.,
is Dean of The Robert W.Plaster College of Business Administration atMissouri Southern State University. He has taughtcourses in marketing, international business, entre-preneurship, and Internet marketing and has pre-sented at conferences and industry meetings acrossthe U.S., Europe, Africa, and Asia. In the Spring of 2003, Dr. Kleindl was a Senior Fulbright Scholarin South Africa lecturing on Internet marketing,e-business, and e-commerce.
