1. What are your reasons for running for office?

I love Michigan and it pains me to see people struggling to find work, struggling to make ends meet, and struggling to takecare of their families. The current Governor and those in her  party are trying to balance the budget on the backs of seniors, children and hard working families in order to build anargument for tax increases. Our State continues tohemorrhage jobs. What they’re doing in Lansing just isn’t working. Enough is enough.I’m a strong leader focused on the next generation, not thenext election. I have a plan, a vision the ideas and experiencewe need to reinvent Michigan's economy. I have a plan tooverhaul state government and will make it easier for businesses to set up shop, creating jobs, in Michigan. I will cut wasteful spending, stop higher taxes, and I will work tirelessly to stop state government from dumping violent criminals back on the streets. I am ready to work hard to provide credibleleadership and selfless service we need for Michigan.
